Lucy follows the character of Lucy played by Scarlett Johansson. She is living in Taiwan, and her boyfriend Richard is connected with some shady people. Through an unfortunate series of events, Lucy finds herself being used to smuggle a new hi-tech drug inside of her stomach. When the bag containing the drugs is damaged, the drugs start to leak into Lucy's body, causing some extraordinary abilities to start developing such as telekinesis and telepathy. Lucy goes to the hospital to get the bag of drugs removed from her body, and then goes for revenge against the people who murdered her boyfriend and did this to her. As her mental and physical abilities get more and more powerful, her grip on her humanity begins to slip.
