When high school misfit Bartleby finds difficulty in entering every college he applied to, he decides to create one for himself to convince his frustrated parents that he got accepted to an institution of higher learning. However, things go astray when other teenagers learn about the college and begin submitting applications.

Although he enjoys a celebrated status in the comedy genre, Long’s personal life, just like any other actor’s, is not as warm and fuzzy beneath the surface. Long had a romantic relationship with Drew Barrymore in 2007, but it ended abruptly after a year. He then gave romance another try with Amanda Seyfried in 2013, but their relationship lasted for only two years. A year after their breakup, Long began going exclusive with Chvrches frontwoman Lauren Mayberry but it did not last long enough. In 2016, Long also forayed into politics to endorse Senator Bernie Sanders for President in the U.S. presidential election.
