movie facts

Mila Kunis, who stars in this movie, was born in the Ukraine, though she left the country at a young age. This movie was filmed partially in Budapest, so while on location, Kunis and her husband Ashton Kutcher took the short trip to her hometown, Chernivtsi. It marked the first time she had been back in her home country since she left as a child. Both this film and Red Sparrow made use of the same Budapest café. There had been plans to renovate the building after Red Sparrow, but The Spy Who Dumped Me got a chance to destroy it instead.
