With these new abilities, Light Turner finds himself intoxicated with his power. He then decides to use his abilities to decide who should live, and who should die.

Tsugumi Ohba is the pen name of a Japanese manga writer. He is best known for his writing of the Death Note manga series. The series is illustrated by Takeshi Obata. The series has 30 million collected volumes in circulation. The two have also released a second series, Bakuman with 15 million in circulation. The actual identity of Ogba is a well-kept secret. There has been some who believe the identity of Ohba could be Hiroshi Gamo as the main character of Bakuman shares many characteristics of characters made written by Gamo in the past.
